Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Business Analyst to join a client in Grapevine, TX. This is a full-time, direct hire position. The position is 100% onsite.

The Business Analyst is responsible for evaluating, developing, and improving business processes to ensure optimal use of resources, including personnel and technology, in support of the mission. Serving as a liaison between departments, this role translates business requirements into effective system solutions and process enhancements. The incumbent acts as a change agent, promoting efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Job Duties:

  • Define, develop, and track business-critical metrics, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across operational and financial areas.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights; present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Analyze complex business problems within a broader organizational context, leveraging cross-functional expertise to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
  • Assess the feasibility of new systems or enhancements to existing ones; develop requirements to ensure solutions align with user needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with department leaders and staff to identify, document, and refine business processes, goals, and system access requirements.
  • Promote and facilitate the adoption of Lean principles and continuous improvement practices throughout the organization.
  • Develop and execute implementation plans based on established priorities; monitor progress to ensure timely and sustainable outcomes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes related to materials, logistics, and production line performance.
  • Utilize ERP systems and forecasting tools to support data-driven decision-making and process optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Analytics, Public Administration, or a closely related field from an accredited institution required.
  • Proven experience in business process analysis, change management, and conducting major analytical or research studies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment.
  • Skilled in providing technical assistance, mentoring, and training to professional and technical staff.
  • Experience developing and delivering training materials for assigned system modules.
